Our mission is to help clients find the best office space on Long Island at the best price. We will first begin with an interview to determine your needs for a commercial office space. Then, put together a survey, arrange tours, usually multiple sites in one day, so you can envision your company in a variety of commercial offices and find the best fit.
Space Planning
Once you've found suitable options, we help you create a detailed space requirement. We address every concern, including individual office dimensions, bullpen areas, breakrooms, conference areas, and more. We then submit the requirement to an architect to produce a floorplan for landlord consideration.
Negotiation Assistance
With over 15 years of tenant advisory experience, we pursue leverage and maximize every possible benefit in the tenant's favor. We provide the service of a corporate real estate department with the market expertise of a real estate representative.
